Does a COVID-19 vaccine mean you could get back into the office sooner than you thought? Can your employer actually require you to get vaccinated?

Some industries already make certain vaccines mandatory. But mandating workers get the vaccine for COVID could open employers up to potential workers’ compensation claims if an employee has any adverse side effects.
