Please join us for our March Community Conversation. We’ll use this time to discuss hiring and retention practices, with an emphasis on how workplaces are often not structured to be inclusive of racialized identities.. How can organizations make sure to hire and retain talent who have different lived experiences? How can each of us help foster a healthier work environment where we all can thrive and excel? Through small and large group conversations, this session will provide opportunities for peer learning around best practices, strategies that have (not) worked, and methods to disrupt ineffectual workplace patterns.
