The last conversation in our series is all about how we lead change from our various roles within organizations. Organizational change doesn’t happen in a vacuum; change comes from influencing people and culture up, down, and sideways. Enacting new initiatives, especially those that center racial equity, requires us to use all the tools in our toolbelt.
