If you’ve ever felt like a fraud in your role or position, regardless of your accomplishments, experience, or authority – you’re not alone. This feeling, coined “imposter syndrome” impacts how many people show up in their workplaces. This month’s topic will explore how Imposter Syndrome can manifest in and shape our professional lives. Through peer learning, we’ll discuss how we can examine and engage with our internal dialogue. Additionally, we’ll explore how we can strive to cultivate environments where we value progress over perfection. Two sessions will be offered, with one specifically for BIPOC leaders in the sector. Imposter Syndrome can show up differently for BIPOC leaders and we will offer space to discuss how underrepresentation can create additional stress.
To encourage meaningful conversation, sessions will be limited to 30 participants. MNA appreciates your understanding as to why it’s important to have this space.
