As revenues plummet due to the coronavirus pandemic, decisions regarding the future of a nonprofit’s existence are weighing heavy on the minds of many Michigan nonprofit leaders and board members. One option worth considering is a financial reorganization like the one the YMCA of Marquette County accomplished in 2017-18.
